Good through tradition
In the heart of Welsberg and a place to linger. By day you take the ski slopes of the Dolomites by storm and in the evening the hotel in the South Tyrol Dolomites wins over its guests with genuine hospitality. The new wellness area, the "Oase der Rosen" (Roses Oasis), spoils you with a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, biosauna (sanarium) and infrared cabin. The mist shower, the ice shower or the aroma shower give you an all-round feeling of well-being. Dinner will take you on a culinary trip through Alpine and Mediterranean Italy: dumplings, schlutzkrapfen (Tyrolean ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese), game and Italian delicacies are served.

South Tyrol Lightness
Soft lounge bar music blends with the crackling open fire; original Alpine style meets individual design. The informal atmosphere seems designed for relaxing days. This new South Tyrolean lightness also extends to the 700 m² wellness area. Here, basic materials such as wood and stone combine with modern elements to create the ideal setting to release its force and creativity. Ivan, the chef at the hotel in Welsberg and the son of the family, is also very creative. He imaginatively transforms traditional recipes and local products into gourmet menus.

The living comfort of our newly designed rooms is based on the principles of Feng Shui. The furniture and floors are made of native wood and are treated with natural oils. In the sauna and wellness area the Kneipp footbath, Tyrolean sweating room, bio and steam baths and an infrared cabin invite you to linger. Georg, the chef of this hotel in the Dolomites, provides balanced meals with ever new Mediterranean and regional specialities. Georg and Herta Sonnerer are also enthusiastic skiers and regularly accompany their guests.
